A classic smoky chipotle sausage packed with full-bodied flavour and a mild spicy kick. The natural smoke flavours from the chipotle chillies (smoked ripe jalapos) and powdered char-grilled capsicums are combined with borlotti beans to create a delicious BBQ legend. Our smoked chilli sausage is ideal for making chilli dogs or as a chorizo replacement. No onion or garlic.
Cooking instructions: Best cooked gently in non stick fry pan on medium heat with oil. Brown well before turning. Cook until piping hot all the way through. Can be gently barbecued. Can be cooked from frozen.
These sausages are not suitable for boiling or being immersed in water - they will disintegrate.

This product is handmade in Australia from local and imported ingredients: Non GM soy protein (50%), borlotti beans (15%), rice, psyllium husks, potato starch, bamboo fibre, yeast extract, smoked paprika, nutritional yeast, miso paste (water, soybean, rice, salt) (4%), non GM canola oil, chipotle chilli (3%) & salt. Sausage skins - edible: plant based natural polysaccharides.
