The Sunday sausage is the BBQ king, perfect for a classic sausage sandwich with fried onion and tomato sauce. This traditional English breakfast sausage has a balanced blend of parsley, rosemary, basil and sage, making it a very versatile number, ideal for roast veggies with gravy, school fundraisers or home-made sausage rolls.
INGREDIENTS:
This product is handmade in Australia from local and imported ingredients: Non GM soy protein (49%), green split peas (14%), rice, non GM canola oil, miso paste (water, soybean, rice, salt), nutritional yeast, psyllium husks, potato starch, bamboo fibre, yeast extract, garlic, parsley, sage, rosemary, basil (herbs 1.2%), salt, Sausage skins - edible: plant based natural polysaccharides.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Pan fry with a bit of oil and cook until brown all over. If you want to slice them into smaller pieces, it's easier to cut first and then cook them. Try to keep the sausages separated from each other when cooking otherwise the skins may stick to each other and tear. These sausages are not suitable for boiling or being immersed in water - they will disintegrate.
