This gluten free Mediterranean sausage, inspired by the flavours of Tuscany, is the Nonna of all sausages. A timeless blend of tomato, polenta, and yellow split peas with the fresh sweetness of basil, making this sausage the perfect flavour combination. If you like good food, you’ll love this one, it’s our best selling sausage.
Cooking instructions: Best cooked gently in non stick fry pan on medium heat with oil until hot all the way through. Keep sausages separated in the fry pan and brown well before turning. Can be gently barbequed. Can be cooked from frozen.
